About Seth Erickson

I entered the mortgage industry after leaving the United States Navy, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of the last 18 years helping people get the right mortgage loans for their needs. My career allows me to stay connected to my passions — public service, community, and advocating for affordable housing and quality medical care for our military veterans.

Homeownership is important to me. I remember my mother working tirelessly as a nurse to support our family of four by herself. After years of renting and moving and even living in our pastor’s camper, my mother was finally able to save enough for a down payment on a modest two-bedroom house. Even as a child I understood how to her, it wasn’t just a place to sleep — it was a home. As she provides hospice care for my grandfather, a WWII Navy veteran who inspired my own naval service, I’m reminded they are both heroes who understand the importance of a place for family.

That’s why giving back is the cornerstone of my work life, like supporting the neighbors, friends, and family members who stabilize our communities and selflessly protect us, heal us, teach us, and save us when called upon to do so.
